Lethbridge London Ltd designed & renovated this smart Kensington property. The flat was rewired, the floors screeded, acoustic protection and parquet flooring laid. Two bathrooms were installed, and a kitchen designed, built and fitted. The whole property was then decorated. The interior design has been kept in keeping with the 1930’s building and the rooms have been set out allowing plenty more working & entertaining space. A dated and impractical ex-rental property has been turned into a practical, finely finished, comfortable home.
