We were asked to transform this large, unmodernised property into a high-end rental flat, in order to realise its full potential and give our client a high-yield return. After some careful planning the project was set in motion. The redundant water tank was removed giving us the opportunity to take out the false ceiling, bringing daylight into the stairwell. Both bathrooms were stripped and replaced, new bespoke wardrobes installed, a new lighting system incorporated and a full redec of the whole property carried out.
